Driver charged with murder after ‘running over victim’ - Today News Post News Today || Headlines Today

A 42-year-old man will face court on Thursday charged with murder after allegedly deliberately running over another man with a Toyota HiLux following an altercation at a Gosnells home.

Homicide detectives charged the man overnight after taking him into custody for questioning on Wednesday.

Police claim he was involved in a dispute with the 39-year-old victim at a home on Stennett Street about 5.20am before the victim left the area on foot.

It is alleged the accused man jumped into a green Toyota HiLux and deliberately hit the victim on Nullagine Way near Durack Crescent before driving away without stopping to help.
